A default task reboot the proxy service every day at 07h.
You can disable it.
- Select Your Proxy top menu
Your proxy on the top menu
- Choose Tasks link under Update & Maintain section
- Find the task that restart the proxy service
- Uncheck the checkbox
- Click on Compile settings
