After upgrading to 3.06.200050, Artica is unable to be updated on 3.06.200056 and generates periodically the following error “Unable to download index file with error 403, Access denied”
This errors occurs when Artica try to download the index file trough it’s dedicated port but the port return a 403 error according Active Directory authentication.
To fix this issue:
- Download the artica-3.06.200051.tgz
- Apply this patch using the following method
- Your Artica version will be upgraded to 3.06.200051
- On the top menu, click on “Action“
- Choose Services operations
- Click on “Complete rebuild“
- Try to update to 3.06.200056
