When enable the Active Directory, computers outside the domain are unable to authenticate trough the basic authentication popup.
To make it run, you need to link the system to the Active Directory.
- On the top menu, click on the button “Members options“
- Choose Users and System
- Turn on the Link the system with the Active Directory database option
- Click on Apply
