Adding UserAgents in statistics feature is disabled

If your receive this error, this means UserAgents statistics feature is not enabled in the statistics engine.

  • On the top menu, click on Statistics

  • Choose “Statistics Engine” icon

  • Turn on the “Add UserAgents in statistics” feature and click on “Apply” button
